DESIGN - PRODUCTION MANAGEMENT - INSTALLATION

Commissioned by Penhaligon’s to bring the “Portraits” collection to life, I designed the flagship windows across London stores, Leeds, and Selfridges London. The installations combined intricate origami flowers, a model pagoda, and a paper-crafted fire-breathing dragon, creating a whimsical, immersive environment that drew shoppers into the world of the collection.

The dragon, crafted in collaboration with a specialist paper artist, featured a smoke machine nozzle in its mouth, releasing a burst of smoke every 30 seconds to surprise and delight passers-by. The windows balanced storytelling, theatricality, and fine craftsmanship, creating a multi-sensory, memorable experience that celebrated Penhaligon’s heritage while elevating the fragrance launch. Designed and installed by myself, the project merged creative direction, spatial design, and collaborative artistry to deliver a standout flagship experience.
