CONCEPT DESIGN - PRODUCTION GUIDANCE - INSTALLATION SUPPORT - U.K WINDOWS, POP UPS & ACTIVATIONS

For Penhaligon’s Car Club, I led the creative concept, design direction, and delivery of a multi-site window scheme across UK flagships, alongside a feature pop-up at Selfridges, translating the brand’s eccentric British heritage into a fully realised retail world. Drawing on classic motoring clubs and vintage automotive culture, the experience combined bespoke props, layered storytelling, and premium craftsmanship to create a playful yet elevated environment that invited discovery and interaction. Designed to scale across multiple locations while retaining a strong narrative identity, the project demonstrates our ability to build distinctive brand worlds, guide creative teams, and deliver cohesive experiential retail across flagship and department store environments.
